Davide is a member of European Lawyers list of the French-speaking Bar of Brussels and also enlisted in the Bar Association of Brescia in Italy.  Davide focuses mainly on  the whole spectrum of European Union law and represents clients before the European Commission, the Council of the European Union, the European Parliament and, in general, before all EU institutions, bodies and agencies.  He also regularly represents companies and individuals in cases brought before the EU General Court, the Court of Justice of the European Union, and the European Ombudsman.

He is particularly active in the provision of legal advice and opinions, and in litigation in the areas of international trade law, customs law and WTO law, in embargo and economic sanctions law, in trade defence proceedings and in the area of dual-use goods. He has also been involved in litigation and investigations in Italy, Belgium and the European Union in the field of competition law. He has wide expertise in WTO litigation and has represented clients before the customs authorities and courts of various EU and non-EU member states including Italy, Belgium, England, France and Spain. A significant part of his legal practice is devoted to the application of EU law in the domestic courts, tribunals and public administrations of EU member states.

He also has dedicated experience in internal company investigations, and in a defence role in complex, multi-jurisdictional anti-fraud criminal and administrative investigations.
