Lawyer at the Venice and Brussels Bars, Massimo Moretto has been dealing with European Union law, competition law and international trade law since 1990. He has extensive experience in competition matters (cartels, mergers, abuse of dominant position, State aid, distribution agreements, private enforcement actions), customs law (tariff classification, refund and remission of duties, tariff quotas), anti-dumping and anti-subsidies, environmental law, food law and health protection, public procurement.

Massimo regularly represents his clients also before the European Commission, the Italian authorities (the Competition Authority and the Customs Agency) and the national courts, including those of last instance.
