Vincenzo is member of the Brescia Bar Association and has been practicing European Union law and international trade law since 2007. During the course of his legal practice he has gained experience in EU restrictive measures (arms and/or trade embargoes, asset freezes, economic sanctions or restrictions concerning specific sectors of economic activity), export controls, dual-use goods rules (domestic and European), customs law (tariff classification, duty drawback and remission, tariff quotas), and anti-dumping, as well as in the various sectors of Italian domestic law. He has recently begun handling disputes between the European Union and its agents.

Vincenzo has developed dedicated expertise in litigation before the General Court of the European Union and the Court of Justice of the European Union. A list of the many cases he has argued before EU Courts is available on the Court of Justice website at the following link: curia.europa.eu.

Vincenzo also regularly represents his clients before the European Commission, the Council of the European Union, the European Ombudsman and at the domestic level before  the Italian authorities and domestic courts.
