EU-GEN-IUS professionals can also provide highly qualified advice and assistance in court.

EU-GEN-IUS has many years of experience handling disputes – either directly or indirectly, with the assistance of its partners – in the aforementioned fields (European Union law, competition law, customs law, international trade) at both domestic and international level in all states worldwide.

EU-GEN-IUS professionals have, in addition, acquired extensive and specific experience in litigation matters before the Court of Justice and the General Court of the European Union, where they have handled over 500 cases.

In relation to World Trade Organisation (WTO) disputes, EU-GEN-IUS professionals have represented sovereign states before Panels, Arbitration and Appellate Bodies of the WTO and acted on behalf of private clients as amicus curiae before these bodies.

In arbitration proceedings, they have represented and assisted clients in commercial arbitration proceedings before various European arbitration chambers and bodies.
